There was jazz music playing nightly right below the rooms, and the pictures in the advertisement were completely different from what we found. We were there for four nights and the room wasn't cleaned at all. The bathroom latch was broken, and I got locked inside on the first morning. We were told breakfast was included, but none was provided. Apparently we're promised a refund for that. On the second-to-last night, someone knocked at our door at 1:40 am. A family hadn't been given the codes for the building or their room. Luckily, the French guard let them into the building. It's across from the Israeli consulate, with French military guards on duty 24/7, and somehow they knew the code. My husband helped them figure out a room code after we were kept up for an hour. At least we could give them a contact number in the morning. Find somewhere else to stay. Something feels off with this place, which isn't really a hotel.
