It's easy to reach major sights from here, and the hotel works well for a weekend or a comfortable 3-5 day trip. The rooms are cozy, have the essentials, and I liked being able to refill glass bottles at water fountains on every floor. Service was professional and reliable, as you'd expect from a 4-star city hotel. The hotel is in a quiet, safe, green part of Paris. Vehicle access is limited to electric transport, so the air felt noticeably better and noise was low. I wouldn't choose it for a long stay, but guests should feel at ease here.

The only letdown was the lukewarm shower water. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with a central location that made sightseeing easy and gave us a comfortable place to return to each evening. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially with directions and city tips, and their English was great.

The reception team were friendly and professional, and I was kindly given an upgrade without asking because of my Platinum Elite status. Even on a very busy weekend, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Line 1 is nearby, with top Paris destinations about 10-15 minutes away. I'd especially recommend staying here if you're a Marriott Bonvoy member.

I've stayed at AC Hotel Paris Porte Maillot several times, and the quality has been consistently excellent. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well organized every visit, and housekeeping keeps to a high standard. The food is very good too and meets expectations. It's an exceptionally convenient base, with easy access to public transport and the city, whether you're there for work or leisure. Service has been professional, attentive, and reliable each time. It's a well-run hotel, and I'd confidently recommend it and keep coming back.
