Apartment Quartier Latin Monge

I was very disappointed. An unexpected health issue disrupted our travel, so I contacted the hotel and politely asked if we could work out a solution that suited both sides, such as changing the dates. We were willing to pay extra if needed. They turned down the request without hesitation or a proper explanation.

As a solo traveller, I liked having so many good cafés, shops and restaurants nearby, and the location was absolutely great. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed my time. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. The shower was small but good, with hot water every time. I’d have preferred a room at the front of the building since I like a light, airy space. I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I stayed for two nights in August, expecting simple accommodation because of the price. It was comfortable and met my expectations, nothing fancy.

We were close to everything by metro or bus, while staying just far enough from the Latin Quarter bustle. There’s an official taxi queue across the street. It made an excellent base for our week in Paris.
