I’d call this three stars at best, and it was way overpriced. The location is pretty far from everything, though I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn’t much choice. The kitchen had no utensils, and the bathroom had no body lotion or hair conditioner. There was no iron or slippers either, and the floors were dirty. I had to change rooms twice because the first two had no heating. It took almost two hours to sort out, and the bald man at reception was very rude. Credit to the technician, who was kind and really helpful. In the third room I couldn’t control the temperature, so I had to turn off the heating’s electricity manually. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn’t very nice, the bathtub was badly chipped, and there was no bathroom outlet. This definitely isn’t a four-star hotel.

The hotel is decent, but several things need work: the pillows, mattress and duvet, kitchen, and bathroom accessories. Reception could also be friendlier. The person who checked me in wasn’t welcoming or helpful.

Our first room had two levels connected by stairs, which didn’t seem safe for our kids since they tend to sleepwalk. They arranged another room straight away, which was good service. The location worked well, with nice restaurants nearby and the Metro close too. I’d recommend it.

I paid all the taxes and fees when booking for a couple of friends, but to my surprise they asked me to pay more taxes when we got there. The price was absolutely not worth staying there. If I’d known, I would have booked a much better place and hotel. The staff were neither friendly nor kind. They put me in an awful situation and made me feel like an idiot. I paid and left. The whole evening was ruined, and I never want to see them again. After that kind of welcome, the rest didn’t matter. I just want to forget the whole thing like a nightmare. I won’t recommend this hotel or stay there myself.
