Appartement Champs Elysées

It’s nice to have a swimming pool, and the location is really good. But this doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel. You can clearly hear all the neighbors at night.

MICHAEL at the Front Desk made a huge difference. He was attentive and handled questions and suggestions gracefully, even putting up with my “fractured” French. His customer service and eye for detail were exemplary. The rooms are small but comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for walking around Paris, just minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, and the Eiffel Tower. The Metro is a short walk away and centrally located. My only complaint was that housekeeping didn’t replace things like soap, coffee pods, and creamer unless asked, and left a dirty cleaning rag on the floor. That minor issue was more than offset by MICHAEL’s help. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The room was nice, and the shower was great. We had kind staff, but I was disappointed to find the pool under maintenance. I don’t remember getting an email to let us know. The bed was two twin beds pushed together, though I’d expect a queen or king at this price and for a four-star hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful with all sorts of things. They made sure our luggage wasn’t overweight, and when I didn’t have my charger, I could charge my phone at the desk. One morning I’d run out of milk for my son, so I called down and they brought up a warm cup right away. My friend and I stayed a couple of days. The hotel was super clean and looked lovely, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.
