Appartement cosy proche Grands Magasins 6P

The advertised photos make the place look clean and polished, but the dining chairs and couch were stained and dirty. The apartment also has several maintenance problems: the bathroom sink faucet is too short to wash your hands without splashing water over the counter and floor, and the shower smelled musty, had old soap left in it, a door that looked ready to come off, and a showerhead badly in need of vinegar cleaning. Some of the flooring was lifting too. The air conditioners were falling apart, and the unit in the main bedroom had no usable hot-air exhaust tube, so it blew the heat back into the room. There were old pods in the coffee maker. We arrived with our bags to find the elevator out. Apparently that happens fairly often because it gets overloaded, leaving seven floors to climb on narrow stairs. The location is reasonable, with a few metro lines nearby, but the high price and large deposit make this place hard to recommend. After seeing its condition, I wondered if the deposit was being used to fund renovations. It isn't worth the asking price.
