I lived here for six months, and Rachel was a really kind, friendly, and helpful residence manager. If anything came up at home or otherwise, she was always there to sort it out quickly. She’s a great person. The residence is near the metro, and for somewhere within Paris, I think it’s good value.
The communal space is the best part, a nice place to have dinner with friends, watch TV, or listen to music. There’s also a lift, which is handy. The residence feels safe and is fairly well connected. For groceries, there’s a Lidl and a Franprix next door, and a boulangerie right opposite for breakfast or a baguette. I’d really recommend Aupa Caminito for a Sunday meal.
A calm, pleasant residence right in the heart of Paris, close to transport, shops, and restaurants. The staff and director are especially helpful and kind. Merci infiniment Nexity bibliothèque.
The studio was tiny for 900 euros, and the bathroom barely fit me. Don’t waste your money on this place.
The studios are small but modern, and the staff are friendly, though they only speak French. They’re very helpful here if you’re an international student.
