The location was the only good thing about this place. I spent 10 months in a 19m² studio, from September 2021 to June 2022, and wouldn't recommend it. The rent was quite high for such poor value, since you can find much better studios for the same price. Management was disappointing and the administration barely responded. When I got the keys, the place was in awful condition: sticky floors, dusty wardrobes and furniture, fingernails under furniture, tissues under the mattress, and silverfish under the toilet, bathtub, and almost every piece of furniture. The front door also wouldn't close properly, so anyone could enter without a badge or building code, and there were no security guards. During my stay, all the common areas were closed, supposedly because of the pandemic. I had to keep emailing to get my security deposit back, since they don't answer the phone. It arrived a month late, without the late payment interest I was entitled to.

The location was good, and it was very quiet. The fridge, toilet, sink, and cutlery were all fine. But the front door only worked once in a blue moon. The bed was too small for two and so uncomfortable that I woke with terrible back pain. The shower was small, and there was just one chair for a room meant for two, making it awkward to eat together. The TV wouldn't work until I went to check the meter. There was no hand soap in the kitchenette, so I used the shower soap instead. The mattresses were awful, the noise was terrible, and we left with sore backs. It was a disgusting stay, with a broken shutter that reception seemed to blame on us when we reported it. There's just one chair and a tiny table for a room meant for two. You're expected to do all the cleaning and take out the trash yourself, or they'll charge you. They also require an €80 credit card hold that isn't mentioned in the description. The price may be attractive, but this place is half residence, half hotel. I strongly advise against it.

The cleaners are making this unbearable. They're banging the vacuum into doors and walls and slamming cupboards several times a day, even on Sundays. Please show some consideration for the people who live here.
