My daughter is eight and has broken her elbow, and she needs surgery tomorrow, so we can’t fly for our planned stay this week. They told me it was a Booking.com issue when it clearly wasn’t, instead of refunding me. It’s a real shame because our new dates would have brought them more money, but they let greed get in the way of basic human decency. Not a good look.

There were bedbugs in both the sofa bed and the bedroom bed, and ants too. We all had loads of bites by the time I had to prove it to the owner, who wouldn’t investigate on their own. Disgusting!

The apartment was clean and matched the website photos, and the location was great and easy to get to. A perfect stay. We’ll be back :)

The breakfast had lots of good choices, and the room was a nice size and very clean. The hotel is ideal for a Paris stay, with easy access to the metro. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

We found this place by chance while spending three days in Paris with my partner, and we’re so glad we did. The location was superb, the place itself was magnificent, and the staff were really pleasant. I highly recommend it.
