The location is excellent, with cafes and plenty to do all around. We visited in October 2025. I’d been told Paris rooms are generally small, and ours certainly was, but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff made up for the lack of space. William, the main front desk supervisor, answered all our questions and took good care of us. The person cleaning the rooms was also helpful with our requests and did a great job. I’d recommend the hotel, though if you want a larger room, you may need to stay somewhere else.

William the manager was the BEST, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a great continental spread, and the daily maid service was good. The neighborhood has nice shopping and cafes, with Bon Marche right down the street. The Metro was clean, on time, and felt completely safe. From this ideal location, we could connect to any train line easily. Much better than taking Uber or a taxi.

Coming back to the hotel and being greeted with a smile was lovely. Guy Norbert Junior was great, always respectful and friendly, and gave us advice about what to see. I enjoyed my stay.

A few things for US travelers: the A/C worked wonderfully, remember to bring travel plugs or converters, and the onsite lift is small, enough for one person with luggage. Otherwise, be ready to take the spiral staircase to your room. This is a charming, quiet hotel in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and several Metro lines that get you around easily. Breakfast was excellent, reasonably priced, with great staff and delicious options. I’d absolutely book again next time I’m in Paris.

We got a clean, reasonably roomy bedroom by Paris standards, and the hotel is well located. There’s an Indico car park about 200 yards away, useful since street parking in Paris is €18 an hour. Breakfast isn’t included and the choices are limited, with quite a few extras such as bottled water. I gave it four stars because our room was on the sixth floor, while the lift only goes to the fifth, so we had to use the stairs for the last floor.
