We found the hotel spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak and understand English. Our standard room was comfortable and had what we needed, even though it was a typical Paris size; bigger rooms are available too. The location was a lovely surprise, just a five-minute walk from notre dame with plenty of restaurants and boulangeries nearby. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was fine, although the big shiny coffee machine seemed to stump guests every morning. The ladies serving breakfast kept having to help people work it out. I stayed six nights in a cosy single room on the sixth floor, which was just right for me. It was immaculate, quiet at night, and had a comfortable bed. There was also a tiny street-facing balcony with the Pantheon a few blocks away, nice for getting some fresh air. The area made it easy to get around the city, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and plan to return to Paris.

The friendly reception staff and little gym were both nice parts of our stay. Our standard room was clean and tidy, if fairly small, and it did the job for a short city break. The location is great. One inconvenience was that the air conditioning wasn't working and apparently isn't switched on until May. For a three-star hotel, it was a dependable stay that delivered what we expected.

The staff made our honeymoon feel special, and I only wish I'd managed to say a proper goodbye to them. We found a lovely congratulatory card and a bottle of Champagne in the room when we arrived. The room refreshes were top tier, and the cleaners deserve credit for keeping everything so clean. Having worked in the industry, I was impressed. The modern bathroom was fresh and clean, and the shower had great temperature and pressure. We could see Notre Dame from the balcony, and the double-glazed doors kept out most of the street noise. The location couldn't be better: we accidentally walked up the street to the Pantheon on our first day, about five minutes away. Thanks to everyone there for making our stay memorable. I'll recommend the hotel to anyone I know going to Paris.
