Best Western Premier The Blake Paris Gare Saint Lazare

I left really happy and would absolutely stay again. The team made the whole visit feel special, especially Julie, Mimi, Jenna, and the rest of the kind, helpful staff. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. When I realized I didn't have an adapter, they even lent me their own charger and adapter, such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious choices to start the day. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

The staff really made my time here, and I’d gladly return. Julie, Mimi, Anne, and Souleymane were so friendly and welcoming, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, warm, and enjoyable, with great service. I genuinely had a wonderful visit. Highly recommended!

The spa and heated pool were a real bonus, and the spacious room was very comfortable with everything working properly. This Best Western felt like a boutique stay, with great quality and convenience for the price. The service was five-star to me: the staff were humble, helpful, and quick to step in. Mimi and Julia at reception deserve a special thanks for their warm welcome and support. The woman at the café was also incredibly kind and attentive, though I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. I’d happily return, whether for a couples’, family, or business trip.

The Blake made my first solo birthday trip feel safe, cared for, and special. I’d come back in a heartbeat. The hotel is small and intimate, and it was comforting to see familiar, friendly faces at reception each day. Mimi, the manager, and her staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout. I always felt secure, too: the front door stays locked at night and guests are let in after they’re verified. When I asked them to keep my vacuum-sealed butter in the fridge until flight day, they did so without hesitation. And just 15 minutes before my airport cab arrived, my luggage zipper jammed. Mimi calmly and kindly helped fix it. I’d chosen the hotel for comfort, cleanliness, warmth, safety, and thoughtful touches, especially since I was alone for the first time and celebrating my birthday. It exceeded all my expectations. I arrived early in the morning, before the 3 pm check-in, and they stored my bags. When I returned later that night, they were already in my room. They also helped carry them down when I checked out. Room 604 on the top floor had a charming window balcony over the Parisian façades. On my birthday morning I opened the window, felt the crisp air, and stood there quietly grateful and proud that I’d taken this trip. It felt magical, like a movie scene, and I loved waking up to that view each day. The room was spotless and well maintained, my bed was made daily, and supplies were restocked without my asking. I was glad to find my favorite Nespresso coffee machine, plus a kettle and green tea and Earl Grey bags. I was pretty sick during the trip, and the weather turned out about 10 degrees colder and windier than I expected, so after long days out, the strong shower pressure and genuinely hot water felt like the reset I needed. The elevator goes up to the fifth floor, which made coming and going easier and felt like a luxury, since I know many Paris hotels don’t have one. Paris is my favorite city in the world, and choosing The Blake was one of my best decisions. Traveling alone can be scary, but Mimi and her team made my birthday trip unforgettable.
