Getting around Paris was easy from this hotel's great location, and the room looked much like the pictures. Cleanliness was okay, though not perfect. The constant hum from the built-in ceiling ventilation, around 40-50 decibels, made sleeping difficult, and the front desk did nothing when we raised it. The receptionist seemed indifferent and a little dismissive. Central customer service replied remarkably quickly, which we appreciated, but couldn't fix the technical problem either. They offered a refund for the rest of the stay, or €160. We thought that was low considering how much sleep we lost, but reluctantly took it because finding a reasonably priced hotel at short notice in Paris is incredibly hard. I don't recommend the hotel. Looking at older reviews, the ventilation noise seems to have been an issue for almost two years. It's a shame given the location, but it's too noisy to get a good night's rest.

The rooms were large and clean, the best I've stayed in in Paris so far. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. They even bought our daughter a present for her first birthday. Thanks to the team for such a great stay.

I travel through Airbnb and hotel platforms in lots of countries, and I've never had a unit this beautiful, clean, and pleasant. It was full of natural light and had a lovely atmosphere. The bright, welcoming entrance made a nice first impression, and check-in was quick, clear, and easy. Everyone on staff was so friendly. On our last day, storing our luggage let us spend a little more time enjoying the city before our flight home. Special thanks to the dear Houseman at the front desk for such warm, heartfelt service. He made us feel at home. I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and I had a great experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's close to public transport, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Champs Elysees. I'll definitely visit again.
