This left us with an unnecessary financial loss and a frustrating dispute. We booked directly through the hotel's official website, without using Expedia or any other third-party service, but when a problem came up the hotel claimed the booking was made through Expedia. They refused to provide documentation to support that claim, while ignoring the clear evidence we supplied, including the hotel's own policy. We tried several times to escalate the matter and speak to management, but our concerns were repeatedly brushed aside without any real effort to resolve it. It raises serious questions for me about how bookings and customer disputes are handled. It felt as though responsibility was being shifted to us, without transparency or accountability. I strongly recommend keeping screenshots and all booking records if you book here. Even that might not help: based on our experience, cancellation terms may not be honored even when you're clearly within the permitted cancellation period. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. There were plenty of outlets, which was handy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had early starts, so we couldn't try the breakfast. The bathroom was a problem for us. It had a deep tub with a handheld shower wand, but no regular shower. At 75-plus, getting in and out of that tub was difficult and felt dangerous.

For a small hotel, the rooms were bigger than we expected, and the facilities were nice, clean, and well kept. We booked rooms 46 and 47 on the 4th floor for our family of five. If you need two rooms, I strongly recommend those: you basically get one side of the floor to yourselves, with a long corridor and two doors, as shown in the attached image. The staff gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is a lovely boutique place, about a five-minute walk between Neuilly Porte Millot and Argentine Metro stations, so it's easy to get around. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. A very nice Paris hotel.

Such a cute hotel in a great spot. The metro is five minutes away, and from there you can go straight to tourist destinations like the Louvre. Every staff member was incredibly kind and made sure we had what we needed during our stay.
