Citadines Place d'Italie Paris Aparthotel

The service and location are perfect, but we couldn’t get hot water for a shower. It was my first time staying in a hotel, and paying 125 euros a night for a cold shower was disappointing. The hotel was fully booked, so there wasn’t another room to move to. If cold showers don’t bother you, it’s a good place to stay.

The location is the one good thing about this property. The staff seemed tired and overworked, and both the food and rooms need a lot of improvement. The corporate office also forgot to confirm a reservation for a repeat customer. That says something about their professionalism. I hope they address these issues and turn things around.

The staff were great, and the director was kind, respectful, and understanding. There’s always a receptionist on duty, 24/7. The rooms were clean, well organized, and well equipped, with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher. Beds were really comfortable, and the rooms overlooking the street have a lovely view of Parisian Hausmanian houses. I stayed for a veeeryyy looong tiime and enjoyed every part of it. Thanks to everyone for a great experience. The hotel is very clean, reasonably priced, and well located for getting around. Metros 5, 6, and 7 are accessible from here and can take you almost anywhere, and buses circulate regularly too. Place d'İtalie and les Gobelins are among the safest palces in Paris. It’s next to a shopping mall where you can find literally anything you want.

The location is the one thing this place has going for it. The room was musty, the towels smelled stale, the drain was clogged, and the water pressure was weak. We were even told the hot water might not work if someone else on our floor was using it. There wasn't a bin either. This place sucks. Don't come here.
