Costes Hotel

The food was excellent from breakfast through dinner, with great presentation and quality. Staff were young, stylish, and professional, and fit the hotel's trendy feel. Hotel Costes has a modern, stylish look while keeping its Parisian character. It's right in the heart of Paris, with a lively atmosphere that made me feel at home. If you want character, design, good food, and a cool vibe, I'd recommend it.

The cheesecake is a star for a reason, rich, balanced, and memorable. It's so famous that Kim Kardashian reportedly had it flown privately so she could enjoy it in Paris. The truffle risotto was elegant and aromatic, and the spicy lobster pasta was full of flavor and cooked just right. Inside Hôtel Costes, the lighting, music, crowd, and service all create a distinctive, sophisticated atmosphere. The service was attentive without being intrusive. A chic, lively Paris classic where the food and style come together beautifully.

The eggplant and yellowtail appetizers we chose were both incredible. Our waitress explained the menu well and offered helpful suggestions, and the hotel staff greeted us warmly when my partner and I came in for cocktails and a few bites. The architecture is exquisite, and the music and atmosphere were just as impressive as the food. You can see a lot of thought went into the place. We enjoyed it and would happily come back.

I had handed over my shopping bag and got a small ticket, which the waiter accidentally took while clearing the table. When I came to collect the bag, I explained what happened, showed my ID, and pointed out that there was a receipt inside with my name on it. Reception still wouldn't return my own property. They kept me waiting almost an hour while they talked and laughed among themselves, as if I were a nuisance. They were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Losing a tiny ticket shouldn't mean staff can hold someone's belongings when they've shown proof of identity and ownership. They showed no interest in sorting it out and treated me with no respect. I've never been treated with such disrespect in a restaurant. I'd warn anyone thinking of coming here: the customer service is awful, and the way guests are spoken to is unacceptable. A complete disgrace.
