An absolutely AMAZING experience!! Everything seemed fine until a few days before we were due to leave, then the ordeal started. The hotel never replied when we asked how to check in, so we contacted Booking.com and were told they would get back to us that day. They never did. An hour before reaching Paris, we contacted Booking.com again and learned that the reservation wasn't even registered, although the full amount had been taken. We started the refund process through Booking.com, but had to find another hotel on the spot, practically at the entrance to the Gare de Lyon, with two minor children in tow. Absurd!! In my opinion, this is a non-existent hotel scamming people. Stay away!
