Cosy Studio for 2 People - Bastille

Great class, and the changing room was clean and had everything needed.

This was my first visit to Poses, and it’ll be my last. I was only 2-3 minutes late because of transport trouble, and I was running to the studio. I even asked my friends to tell reception I was on my way since I was worried about arriving late. They still turned me away, saying an email had warned me late arrivals weren’t allowed. That wasn’t true at all. I’ve attached the email.

The showers and changing rooms are consistently clean, with towels and the products you need, and the studio itself is well kept. Reception is friendly, and customer service replies to questions and emails quickly. They also provide cycling shoes, though I found a pair two sizes above my usual size more comfortable than the recommended one size up. I first tried the welcome package last February and got hooked. Since then I’ve booked Spring Fever, the 20-session Summer Prep package, and I’m sure there’ll be more. I’ve taken classes with eight of the nine coaches. They each bring their own energy, so the experience feels different every time. Antoine is my favorite, especially for his Saturday one-hour Xtended rides. His energy is addictive, and his instructions about resistance lock positions and how many turns to add are easy to follow. My French isn’t great, but I understand him well. I love hearing “On a commencé ensemble et on fini ensemble” and his simple “Cinq six, cinq six sept huit” when a new sequence starts. Thanks to everyone for the great work. The whole place runs so smoothly.

I really liked the facilities and the extras, especially the showers with products and the phone chargers in the lockers. Antoine’s class was great too. It was my first time, and I’ll definitely come back.
