We had no problems during our stay, and the room was fine for what it cost. The staff were friendly and always smiling. It's a lively area with lots of restaurants around, though a bit far from the center. Buses and the metro are about seven minutes away, so it's manageable. Good value for a short stay, and I'd recommend it for that.

Very affordable by Paris standards, with a useful location, a nearby food market, and a safe feel. The room was good for the price and service. The staff were the best part, relaxed, gracious, attentive, and helpful.

Please, everyone, don't use this hotel. The place was dirty and smelled bad. Our room had a broken floor, broken fan, broken shower, and a dirty toilet. We'd booked online without seeing the reviews and reports. Once we saw the room and the state of the hotel, we decided to leave within five minutes. The receptionist spoke to us very badly. He said we'd get our money back, but not that day. We found another lovely hotel near the center.

There was no air conditioning, the room was very basic, and the staff weren't friendly. In my country, Iran in the Middle East, anyone asking for tea as a guest can get a cup of hot water and a tea bag for free. But the receptionist, ALIOU, said a big no and told me I had to go to Monoprix supermarket and buy tea bags for breakfast. I had to buy a box of 30 just to make one cup of tea for one day's breakfast. The only good thing about this unwelcome hotel in Paris was the kind, polite Algerian Arab woman who cleaned the kitchen and gave me boiling water. Stay away.
