The condo was modern and comfortable, and the location was nice. A few things to know: the kitchen lacks enough knives, pans, and other cooking utensils, so plan to eat out. With four bedrooms, the living room couches comfortably seat about five or six adults, and larger groups would need more seating. Upstairs rooms have low ceilings and overhangs that could be a problem for tall adults. The bathroom sinks are high for shorter adults.

For what Paris has to offer in accommodation, this was decent. It's in a great location, though the place feels a bit tired. The bathroom and toilet are on separate levels, the kitchen needs renovating, and the common area is a disaster.

Edgar's tips in the house manual were useful, with suggestions for restaurants, markets, sights, and exhibitions. There was also free coffee and tea and what we needed for breakfast before heading out. We spent six nights here with my wife and kids and had an amazing time. The flat is big, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers and baths. Everything seemed new, the decor was colorful and lovely, and the beds were comfortable with fresh linen and hotel-style amenities. We arrived very late and were a bit stressed about getting into a new city with the kids, but Edgar was waiting outside to carry our luggage and show us around. We also used the private driver David, who was friendly and on time. Thanks to the whole Edgar Team for a great trip.

We had a lovely stay and hope to return. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, and communication with the flat manager was easy. It's very close to the Louvre Museum and other wonderful places in Paris. Merci beaucoup, Edgar!
