For what we paid, the stay simply wasn’t worth it. The facilities and service didn’t match what was advertised, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it makes significant improvements. The room was cramped and poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and visible wear. Cleanliness was questionable too, which is unacceptable at this level. It fell far short of what I’d expect from a four-star property.

The buffet breakfast had lots of delicious options, and the staff were helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The hotel is near the Arc de Triomphe, with restaurants and shops, including a grocery store, close by. After six days, the whole experience left me wishing I could stay in Paris longer!

We booked a Superior Attic Room with breakfast and stayed five nights in mid Sept. The room was clean and roomy enough for two, and the view from the top floor was wonderful, with the Arc de Triomphe just a hundred metres away. The shower cubicle was small, the one downside, but we made do. Breakfast had enough choices to fuel the day, and there’s a free coffee machine plus still and sparkling filtered water available 24/7. The staff were lovely, friendly, and really helpful. Thanks to Morgan, Anthony, and the lady at reception whose name I’ve forgotten. We’ll absolutely be back. My partner and I had a great stay, and some of the complaints about the place seem misguided, based on the wrong expectations for a four-star hotel, or maybe just a bad day. We’ll return!

We stayed at Elsa Hotel Paris from October 28 to November 1, 2025. Room 204 was spotless and well equipped, with a lovely view over Avenue Carnot and the Arc de Triomphe. The welcome was warm, and the whole staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. Many thanks to the team for a wonderful Parisian stay. We’ll definitely come back!

The staff really seemed to care about us, and I’ve never had such personal service from a whole team. The hotel is close to the metro and attractions but far enough away to stay quiet and avoid feeling like a tourist trap.
