The location is great, and breakfast and service were both good. The hotel is clean, nicely put together, and has good linen and towels. Our room was small, and the bathroom was tiny even by Paris standards. We’d stay again, though you have to carry your own bags up to the room.
Ms. Tiana made our stay especially memorable. Her genuine care and attention felt like five-star hospitality in a four-star hotel, and we’re very grateful to her. My wife and I spent three nights here over Christmas. The room was compact, but that seemed quite reasonable for Saint-Germain in Paris. The bedding and bathroom were premium and high quality, with a classic style we really appreciated.
Stepania and Pedro were fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was generous, too. The hotel is a short walk from d'Orsay, and the rooms are well appointed, though a little tight if you have luggage. I’d come back next time I’m in Paris.
Stephanie at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She offered to arrange an airport taxi and answered all my questions, and another staff member kindly lent me a phone charger. The waitress who served me was friendly and polite, and breakfast was delicious. I’ll recommend your hotel to friends planning a trip to Paris.
The staff are a big part of why I’ve loved staying at Hotel St. Germain. I first came on my own last September 2025 for my birthday, and had such a good time that I booked here again without looking elsewhere. This March, my grown son and I each had our own room to celebrate Taylor’s 35th birthday. Such a wonderful stay.
