Hôtel Veryste & Spa

Malak at the front desk was so kind she made my day. It's a cute hotel, with a warm feel to it, clean and handy rooms, and really exceptional service. I'll definitely come back! 😊

A few hours after checking out, I realized I'd left my earbuds in the room. I'd asked the staff to store my luggage while I went sightseeing, so I returned a little early and asked whether housekeeping had found them. They said no. The receptionist offered to search the room with me, but we still couldn't find them. It was my mistake to leave without checking my things carefully, but I was still there when I asked. This felt like an integrity issue and a lack of professionalism. I understand someone might be tempted to treat the earbuds as their own, but it seemed too soon to do that.

Breakfast was just right, with plenty to choose from, friendly service, and even gluten-free toast. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. It's also well positioned between Gare du Nord and the centre.

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, plus a hairdryer and wash products. The rooms and interior were nicely decorated, making good use of the space. The location was fantastic, close to public transport, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.
