The staff handled every question really well, and that’s what makes this hotel stand out. It’s in a good spot just outside the center and near the metro. The rooms could use an upgrade, especially the closets and bathrooms. Sound carries between rooms, and the elevator needs to work better too.

There was a water leak on our floor when we arrived, but the receptionist quickly took care of everything and sent us by taxi to another hotel. The receptionist there was also very kind and helpful. When we returned to the original hotel the next day, our luggage was already in our upgraded room. Even with the unexpected disruption, the staff looked after us and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I really want to praise their care and professionalism. I’d gladly stay here again.

The service team really adds comfort to the stay, and Shaheen at the front desk deserves a special mention for going the extra mile and making our visit memorable. The boutique hotel is beautiful, in a lively neighborhood, and has a direct view of the Eiffel. Some deluxe rooms even look out at it from the balcony. We’ll be back and would recommend this place.

The location was good, but it’s hard to justify paying over $500 a night for crappy internet and extremely loud sounds during the day, like remodeling. Breakfast was okay. The rooms look like they haven’t been redone since the 70s. They can charge that much because it’s Paris, but in the States this would cost $100 a night.
