Etoile - 2 pièces - Paris 8

There are plenty of places to eat just around the corner, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We liked the adjoining rooms too. The hotel is about 300 metres from Arc de Triomph, with Champ Elysse within walking distance. We loved the hospitality and would definitely return to Hotel Elysee Etoile.

We slept really well, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated, though small, which is what we expected in Paris. The reception staff were especially warm and kind, and made the place feel welcoming. It's also close to the main sights. A lovely stay for our night there, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. From arrival, I felt welcome and at ease, thanks to the kind, professional staff. Christine at reception deserves a special mention: she was friendly, attentive to every detail, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would gladly come back. I highly recommend the place.

Our day could have been stressful and physically difficult, but Christina's kindness made it a really touching experience. We were both dealing with limited mobility, and one of us uses a prosthetic leg. The luggage storage we'd booked farther down the street was unexpectedly closed, so we nervously asked at the nearby Hôtel Elysée Etoile if they could help. Christina listened, reassured us, and let us leave our two suitcases safely for a few hours until our flight later that day. She even offered cold water when she saw how stressed we were, and didn't charge us anything. I've never met a receptionist so warm-hearted and compassionate. We've already decided we'll book a stay at this lovely little hotel the next time we're in Paris. Thank you, Christina, you truly made a difference.
