The building is old, but the facilities are modern. Our room was warm and clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were polite and friendly. The location is great, next to Galeries Lafayette and within walking distance of many attractions and public transport links. I'd definitely stay again!

We were given a corner family room on the top floor for three people, with a really beautiful view of Opera. The room was big and clean, and everyone was friendly. The hotel itself is clean, close to tourist destinations, and just three steps from the metro. Many thanks to the people working there.

The reception team made the stay more enjoyable with their friendliness. They were welcoming and professional, ready to help whenever we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

A big shout-out to Oliver at the front desk. He was kind and attentive, and we look forward to seeing him again soon. We booked an hour before checking in, and although the hotel is very basic, we're eager to return. It's a very small, charming boutique hotel with very small rooms, a fabulous location, and exceptional service from Oliver. There are renovations going on right now, but we were out all day and evening, so they didn't inconvenience us.
