The location is right in the heart of Paris, and the staff are warm, kind, and pleasant. The basics are strong too: the room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the water pressure good. There are a few things to improve. We could hear the cleaning staff and vacuum through the walls, even though the room was described as quiet. The carpeted parts outside the rooms weren’t well maintained, and the finish on the furniture and walls could be a little better. Still, it’s a very good hotel and I recommend it.

The room size was the one drawback. We didn’t have enough room for our luggage and couldn’t move around easily. If space isn’t an issue for you, the clean rooms, friendly staff, and really good breakfast make this a great stay.

I feel at ease and welcome here every time I stay on my own. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and helpful. It’s become my favorite place to stay in Paris, thanks in part to its central, convenient location that makes exploring the city easy.

We really enjoyed the more authentic feel of the area. It wasn’t too touristy, and we were probably the only English speakers in most of the nearby restaurants, which we liked. The nearest metro station was about an 8-10 minute walk away. Our room was good value and the location suited us perfectly. The staff made us feel welcome, let us check in early, and gave us until noon to check out, so we had extra time to pack before leaving.

There are lots of small shops, foodie restaurants, and bars around this lovely location. It’s outside the touristy parts of Paris, so it’s a good way to feel more like a local. The hotel rooms are small, but fine for short stays.
