The breakfast had a nice selection, and staff were quick to replenish anything that was running low. Everyone was super friendly and the service was fantastic. It’s a cozy hotel in the heart of the business district, close to many amenities. I’d definitely stay again on future business trips to our office about 200m away.

The lobby and hotel bar at Grand Amour were lovely and lively, with a lot of venues. Unfortunately, the rooms were tiny, almost claustrophobic. The nice interior details and cultural feel barely made up for the lack of space. Staff were young hipsters, but neither overwhelmingly charming nor particularly service-minded. If you want personal space and good service, it isn’t great value for money. For a trendy vibe, design, culture, and party, it’s a great place.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room, though, wasn’t what we expected from the photos or from a superior room. There was hardly any storage: no wardrobe space, no drawers, and just one shelf. The bathroom was small too, with nowhere to put toiletries. The hotel was being renovated, so I think we may have been given an older room.

We spent a lovely 2.5weeks here, and the team were fantastic throughout. Reservations, reception, concierge, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful. Booking the room was easy, and Lena from reservations was especially kind and patient in walking us through everything. The room stayed clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was good, with attentive staff keeping it topped up. The location was superb, with metro and bus stops nearby and the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette within walking distance. We highly recommend the hotel and would consider coming back on a future Paris trip. Merci Beaucoup!!!
