The room was clean and smelled nice, but our arrival turned into a terrible experience. We reached the hotel before check-in and left our bags in the storage room, a warehouse that also held dirty sheets. Each suitcase had a coded tag. When we came back, one bag was missing. Reception told us, based on the cameras, that another guest had taken it by mistake because it looked identical to his, and said he would return it soon. We went home without the bag, which had expensive clothes and cosmetics, so we couldn't change. This had never happened to us before. The receptionist was arrogant and rude, and wouldn't let us speak. The hotel felt disorganized. Be careful.

The room was quite good, but the service and security were poor. A family member lost a bag with important items, and the staff gave no special response. They were arrogant as well. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe to us because many people there came across as thuggish.

The rooms were quiet, the beds were good, and the people were very nice. Service was really good too. Parking is beneath the hotel, just ask reception about it. Thanks for a great stay!

At check-in, the male receptionist on November 15 was shockingly rude to other guests too. He acted as if he couldn't speak English, though I'd heard him speaking it earlier. He also wouldn't check where my room was, saying he didn't know and that I should call my niece, who had checked in before me. He gave me no basic details, like the floor, breakfast service, or Wi-Fi information. I really don't understand how someone so poor at customer service can be working at reception.
