A quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, and reception open 24/7. The bathroom is private, but not really private if you’re sharing a room with someone else (see picture). Worked well for a short stay while exploring Paris.

We paid about €750 for two nights, and I won’t be coming back. The hotel is open 24/7, which was handy since we arrived late, but the room was pretty gross. There were cracks and mold on the walls, the paint looked overdue, and the wiring was hidden behind a small wooden plank. The bathroom was tiny and looked unpleasant too, with a hotel light right next to it. The curtains didn’t block the light, and the noise insulation was awful. I could hear other guests arriving, going to their rooms, and what was happening in them. There were hairs in the bed, which made it feel as if the sheets hadn’t been changed. In my colleague’s room, the fire alarm was taped over.
The only good part was the receptionist. When we said we weren’t going to stay and would look for somewhere else, he understood and cancelled our reservation. The hotel and rooms were dirty and badly in need of a full renovation. The lift made strange noises as it moved, and it was so small that two people could barely fit. At €100 a night, this place costs too much, especially when you can rent somewhere much better for the same price. I wouldn’t recommend it.
A decent, affordable family-sized hotel without anything fancy. Our room had air conditioning and a really large TV, and the staff were welcoming and gave us good advice about a nearby restaurant. The mattress could’ve been better, but for this price you can’t expect the impossible.
The customer service was the one good part. They kindly let us leave our bags after checkout so we could visit the city and pick them up later. The room was cold enough with the A/C during the warm Paris days, but dust came out of the old unit and it buzzed constantly. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, so most of the time I couldn’t text or browse. There was a kettle but no complimentary tea or coffee, and although the hotel says it has a hairdryer, there wasn’t one. We also had to buy our own toilet paper. The bed was large and comfortable, but the blankets had body fluid stains. Wallpaper was peeling, there was mold in the tiny bathroom, and washing your face meant splashing water everywhere. A paper notice at reception said they wouldn’t clean or make the beds due to COVID restrictions, which also meant proper hotel sanitation wasn’t happening. The Booking.com photos showed newly renovated rooms, nothing like the dirty room we got. I wouldn’t pay around €200 a night for this. Staying there was quite disgusting, and I’d recommend a three-star hotel instead.
