The beds were unbelievably comfortable, fluffy but still firm enough, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. The rest of the place was clean too, and our room was spacious. I really liked the service and the staff, and the upper end rooms with two single beds are much larger than the others. The hotel itself is lovely, though a little odd: the toilet was so tiny I could barely fit, and keeping the door open was the only way to use it comfortably. I found that pretty funny. What spoiled things was the dust under the bed. There was so much that I couldn’t believe it had been missed, and I kept coughing and sneezing. Now I seem to have developed an allergy to even a tiny bit of dust. It was so obvious, which makes it a real shame. I took videos of the lovely property to show how spacious it was.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and the service stayed warm, professional, and genuine throughout. What made the visit especially personal was the birthday surprise: the staff went out of their way with thoughtful touches, and I’m grateful for the care they put into making my birthday feel special. From arrival, I felt welcomed and looked after. The Hidden Hotel has a peaceful, cosy atmosphere and a modern design where everything feels considered. It was a memorable, relaxing stay, and I can’t wait to come back. 🎉💛

The staff were so welcoming, generous, and sweet, and all the little touches made our anniversary stay feel special. My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Hidden Hotel and are already looking forward to coming back. We loved the warm wood design in our beautiful room, the lovely views, and the very comfortable bed. The location was perfect too.

We’ve stayed at Hidden Hotel many times on trips to Paris, and my husband has often used it for work. We used to recommend it to friends because of the cosy atmosphere and warm staff. This visit was a real disappointment. I spent one night there with a friend. The room looked nice and was ready, but the bathroom clearly hadn’t been checked properly and wasn’t clean. We told the night staff and raised it again in the morning, but the response felt cold and indifferent. They offered us coffee as an apology, which was kind, yet the care and warmth that used to make the hotel special seem to have disappeared. It’s a shame, because we really loved the place. I hope they can bring back the friendly spirit that made Hidden Hotel unique.
