Hilton Paris Opera

The lobby lounge was a real highlight for me, with excellent food and drinks in a beautiful setting. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the whole team, concierge included, was professional and helpful. Sariya made breakfast especially warm and delightful in the Executive Lounge, and Heizel at reception got me checked in quickly and smoothly. I’ve now stayed at the Hilton Opera Hotel twice, and this visit was amazing. It’s a very dependable place, and I appreciate the hospitality. I’m looking forward to coming back. ❤️

I’ve stayed at Hilton Paris Opéra and would gladly return. The professional service was steady throughout, with the bell staff especially memorable. It was also the first Hilton where I saw the Honors app chat used proactively and effectively during my stay. My fourth-floor room was comfortable and well equipped, with a great view over the parvis of the station. The raised bathtub, common in UK/European Hiltons, was the one real drawback. Breakfast on the mezzanine was roomy and well organized, and the window seats let you watch the morning rush outside. The executive lounge is smaller than I expected for a hotel this size, but its mezzanine outlook over Rue Saint-Lazare is a lovely Paris street scene. The evening food from 5:30-7:30pm was solid and enough for a light dinner. A small snack selection available all day would help guests with different schedules. Right opposite Gare Saint-Lazare, the location is very convenient, yet the hotel still feels like a proper Paris hotel. The historic building has ornate stairs and period details that give it character without feeling dated. It’s a strong Hilton stay with a real sense of place.

Laura at the concierge desk made my wife’s birthday trip to Paris especially memorable. She arranged our dinners and planned a full day of sightseeing at the places my wife wanted to visit on her birthday, with real care and attention to detail. The staff were warm and professional throughout, and the room was nice and clean. We found the location ideal for restaurants and getting to sights around Paris. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

A young gentleman working the bar made a lovely impression by serving perfect double espressos with extra treats. All the staff were great, from housekeeping and the concierge to reception and the door team, and they made sure everything went smoothly. We arrived at the Hilton Paris Opéra with snow falling over Paris, which felt like a magical welcome. The décor is elegant and beautifully grand, and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Some rooms have lovely views too. The location worked very well for us, close to QUAI 108, which we recommend. Thanks to Luca as well. We’d happily return to this beautiful hotel.
