Hôtel 31 - Paris Tour Eiffel

For a couple in our early 20s who travel a lot and didn’t want to spend too much, this worked out really well for five days in Paris. We chose the hotel with our budget in mind and had a great experience. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the room was cleaned every day as soon as we left. The breakfast wasn’t the biggest, in our opinion, but it was very good, with fresh products and great taste. If you want somewhere central without spending too much, I think this is one of the best options in this part of Paris. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The subway is close, and you can walk to the eifel tower. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We’re from USA and thought this was a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

The only real downside was the room size. It was too small, though you get what you pay for. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was great, close to stations on three subway lines. Overall, a positive stay.

The location was the only real plus for us. At €200 a night, the service was deeply disappointing. We spent two of our three holiday nights packing and changing rooms, trying to get proper heating, and dealing with staff who seemed unable to handle the situation. I also tried emailing hotel support and still haven't had a reply. After a long day of travel, we arrived in December to a cold room with faulty heating. The receptionist spent two hours trying to restart the system or find another fix, then offered us another room for just one night. The next morning we had to pack again and leave our bags in the luggage room before moving a second time that evening. The night receptionist knew nothing about what had happened and gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. The guests inside were resting and shouted at me when I entered. Once the receptionist heard about it, there was little concern and no apology.
