The rooms were roomy and really comfortable, with the amenities nicely put together. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We were very happy with the service, and Zahred at reception was so kind. We stayed three nights in a studio with our baby. Everything worked as it should, the room was clean, and the heating was very good. On our last day, they let us leave our luggage in the luggage room so we could enjoy our final morning in Paris. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. It’s a little way from the city center, but there are metro stations less than 10 minutes away and plenty of bus stops on the same street as the building.

The renovated suite was modern, clean, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and nice tile flooring. That was the good part. The service and amenities were another story. I never saw the office open, and there was no pool, gym, breakfast, or coffee in the room. The coffee machine was broken, with no coffee, creamer, or sugar provided. The elevator only starts on the second floor, so you have to haul your suitcases up a very narrow staircase from the ground floor. The nearest Metro is 1.3 kilometers away, and the district is so quiet that the hotel felt like somewhere just to sleep. There was no view either. Most frustratingly, we had no internet for the entire stay. Since the TV depends on internet, we had no TV, Netflix, Prime, YouTube, or news. Management only complained about the internet provider. We came from overseas and relied on WiFi, so without it we couldn’t access our phones, iPad, or laptop, or use UBER, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media. I also couldn’t work online for two hours. No internet, no communication, no services.

For a one-night stay, it was convenient to have a separate kitchen and restaurant for cooking. The room had only one electric fan for two beds and no air-conditioning, so it was really hot. There’s a bar on the first floor, and the noise at dawn kept me from sleeping. Getting luggage upstairs was difficult too: the old, narrow staircase runs up to the elevator, which only starts on the second floor. The hotel also felt far from the city, so getting around was inconvenient.
