We spent five nights here and really enjoyed being in Paris. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, beautiful, and elegant, and the hotel is easy to explore on foot or reach by train. The room was small and cozy, which worked for us, but it’s why I gave four stars. The morning team were amazing, especially the very helpful, friendly woman at breakfast. Our room’s coffee machine didn’t work, and although I reported it, it was never replaced. The staff did kindly offer me free coffee downstairs. The night shift, though, were a bit rude. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location was close to the main attractions, and breakfast had lots of healthy choices. Our room was a little small, as is common in Paris, but it was well designed and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

The area is quiet, and there’s a great bakery diagonally across from the hotel. It’s easy to get around on foot, with the Metro, restaurants, attractions, and other amenities nearby. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff are professional and friendly. Breakfasts were comprehensive and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Hello, we stayed at your hotel from August 5 to 9 and checked into room 101, two people. My sister previously wrote in the reviews that we hadn’t received our deposit back. We’ve contacted you repeatedly at the email address listed on your website, but you’ve ignored my messages. You replied here in the reviews that the deposit had been returned, but the money still hasn’t arrived in the account. Following your advice, we contacted our bank, and they need documents confirming the refund. Please contact me at my email address.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel from August 5 to 9. When we checked in, they took a deposit from our card and promised to return it at checkout. They never returned the money. We emailed them, but no one responded.
