Madeleine de Senlis Hotel

The hotel is in the 5th, with trendy bars, cafés, restaurants, Luxembourg park, and the Pantheon nearby. CdG is only 35 minutes away directly on the RER. Paris doesn't get much chicer than this. I was traveling alone for the Paris Half Marathon and stayed on the 5th floor. My room had everything I needed, with a comfortable bed and a well-planned layout. If I were coming as a couple, I'd book something bigger, but it was fine for me. The public areas are immaculate, with a level of attention to detail that's rare these days. The vaulted cellar pool is unique. You can book private hour slots, and each day they leave robes and a time keycard on your bed. I emailed my preferred times ahead. I can see it getting popular enough that it might become chargeable or less private, so take advantage while you can. Breakfast was a hearty French spread.

The receptionist was so kind, calm, tactful, and genuinely caring. She made us feel looked after right away. Our triple room was clean and comfortable, and I left with a really warm impression of this cozy, pleasant hotel.

The cave pool is stunning, and you can book a private slot to use it at no extra cost. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's very close to Luxembourg metro, which makes getting around easy. I'd absolutely recommend it!
