The rooms were much smaller than I expected, with limited space and an old, outdated feel. Comfort was just okay. Hotel Diva Opera is within a reasonable distance of the Opera area if you don't mind walking, though it's not as close as advertised. It wasn't a terrible stay, but nothing special either. Fine for a short visit if you don't expect modern or spacious rooms.

The room was roomy and comfortable, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell, probably from the carpet. The hotel's location was fantastic, yet the service and value didn't meet what I'd expect from a four-star place. On departure day, reception called us just ten minutes after the official noon checkout time and told us to leave immediately, even though the next check-ins weren't until 3 PM. Later, while we waited in the empty lobby before going to the airport, we ordered sandwiches and politely asked for a small plate. The same receptionist refused, saying the hotel doesn't usually allow it because it could disrupt check-in procedures. The location was excellent, but the stay lacked the warmth, flexibility, and attentiveness I expect from a four-star hotel.

A clean, pleasant hotel with reasonable rates for a stay of several nights. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots of nearby restaurants. We walked to almost all the main Paris attractions, and public transport is close and easy to use.

The front desk team arranged a cab to the airport during the recent protests, and the service was fantastic. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, and the Metro is very close. The Opera House and The Louvre were an easy, pleasant walk.
