If you're after a cheap bed in a great part of Paris, Hotel Fiat is fine. It's an easy walk to Sacre Couer, plus there are lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is rustic. It's clean, and the staff are OK, but there are very few comforts. There's no coffee, tea, or water in the room, though the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Our room for three was quiet and not too small, and it was cleaned every day. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was also no water at certain times. A smile from the staff wouldn't hurt, either. The location is good, in Montmartre near Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur, and the metro.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location is very good. The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi, which didn't work in the rooms.

The service was fine, and the neighbourhood is great. The metro is 150 metres away, and it's about a kilometre to Sacré Coeur and beautiful Montmartre. The beds were a little too hard.

Simple place, tidy little room, and a convenient location. Just a few steps from the metro station.
