The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and everything was clean. Still, I expected more room to work when I booked the suite, which felt quite small. The wardrobe was very limited, barely enough for one person and only a few things, especially with winter clothes. For me, it was closer to a solid three-star hotel than a full four-star.

Nabil at reception deserves a special mention for his kindness, which made our stay even better. We visited at the end of January and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and larger than most Paris hotel rooms, and the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées were just a five-minute walk away. We'll definitely come back.

The room was spectacular, and the staff were great. They brought a breakfast basket to the room with croissants, bread, jams, and more. It made leaving that much harder!

Everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful, and we felt cared for throughout our stay. They'd thought of everything to make it enjoyable and memorable. With love ❤️
