They charged me an extra 100 euros as a reservation fee, which was meant to be returned after I left. It still hasn't been sent back, and I haven't had a reply. Customer support is terrible. I'll pursue legal action.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting, and the duvet and pillows smelled bad. At 10am, a cleaner came into my room without knocking, apparently assuming I'd gone out. I was leaving at 12 that day, so I can't think of another reason she came in, other than that she was intending to steal.

Easy to reach, decent room on the 1st floor, and five-star service. Thanks, guys!

A big thank you to everyone on the Hotel Jenner team. They were friendly, supportive and made sure I had a memorable stay. The room matched the photos on the booking website, and the bathroom was more than satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning staff were lovely too. Fantastic stay for the price in Paris.

A lovely little hotel, right by the Metro and several grocery stores. Both the cleaning team and front desk were superb. My only small complaint is that there's nowhere to put soap in the shower, which made showering inconvenient, especially with glasses. I'd gladly stay again and would recommend it.
