Hotel La Canopee

For a business trip, this stay was just right. My room was small but clean, modern, and efficiently designed. The bathroom fan runs all the time and was a bit annoying, though with the bathroom door shut I couldn't hear it. The location was very good, with lots of great restaurants around. It's a short walk to the Metro, not right next to a station. I didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment, but it looked good. There's also a really cute outdoor seating area that must be lovely to use in summer. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially Ingrid, and I felt very welcome. Having reception open 24/7 was great too. I'll definitely come back and can only recommend the hotel. I'm very happy I found it.

We only needed a taxi once, for a trip outside the city. Everything else was within walking distance, and the hotel is right in the heart of Paris. It's incredibly cozy, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful design, and breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee and croissants. During breakfast, the owner came over to tell us a little about how he and his wife created the hotel. You can feel the soul and love they've put into every detail.

For our first few nights in France, this was a perfect choice. The room was dark, quiet, and comfortable, so we slept well. The staff were really nice and helpful.

For the price, the hotel was what I expected: compact, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the modern, clean lobby made a good first impression. Breakfast was handy when we didn’t want to find a restaurant in the morning, with eggs, toast, sausage, tea, and coffee available buffet-style and all-you-can-eat, though it cost extra. The room was extremely small, with barely any room to move or store luggage. The bed was so small and uncomfortable that I nearly fell off during the night. Since I was there for just one night, it wasn’t horrible for me, but I wouldn’t come back or recommend it unless there were no better options.
