The location was great, and the bedding was excellent, but a few things really brought the stay down. When we arrived, there was a faeces stain on the toilet seat in our family room. Reception sent someone to clean it while we went shopping, but nobody apologized or tried to make things right. Breakfast cost 16 Euros per person and didn't feel worth it. It was more like a continental breakfast with eggs than a proper buffet, with tinned fruit salad and limp scrambled eggs as the only hot choice. Our room also faced inward onto a very dull courtyard, so there wasn't much to look at.

The staff made us feel at home and were really helpful and accommodating. It's a small hotel with a tiny elevator, but the location is convenient, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and some delicious restaurants.

We got there at 8am, and the staff let us leave our luggage and use the restroom to change and freshen up while we waited for the room. The rooms are a little small but manageable, and they were very clean. It's a lovely little hotel close to the Metro and Eiffel Tower, with friendly staff. Would recommend!

We were kept waiting for 30 minutes because of a booking mistake from Booking. The receptionist handed us the keys to an inferior room and told us to contact the booking platform ourselves. To get the room we'd booked, we would have had to pay 70€ more. The receptionist wasn't helpful.

The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower felt really romantic. We loved the hotel, too, it was clean and cozy, and the location was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
