Sy, the resident bellman, bartender and Mr. Fix-It, is a real delight and a great asset to the team. When our bedside outlets weren’t working, the issue was diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The staff were always around to help with directions, questions or arranging a taxi, and they greeted us warmly each morning and evening. We loved the updated, spotless, thoughtfully designed rooms, plus the convenient, safe location. I can’t recommend Hotel Mayfair highly enough.

The Family Room had plenty of space for three of us, and we’d happily stay here again. Hotel Mayfair is across from the Jardin des Tuileries, with two metro stops nearby and an easy walk to the Louvre. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by, though the hotel sits on a side street and stays fairly quiet. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Easy access to Paris's famous landmarks from this central spot, which was really helpful for the trip. The staff member who showed me to my room was very kind, and Mr. Shamim at reception was especially considerate and responsive. Their hospitality made my first visit meaningful and added to a wonderful, interesting time in Paris. I strongly recommend the Mayfair Hotel.

We only had a one-night stop in Paris, and the location worked really well. Shops range from very affordable to high-end, and there are plenty of restaurants within a block. What really made the stay, though, was the service. Sy was so helpful, friendly and professional, and worked hard to make everyone feel comfortable and happy. Thanks, we’ll definitely come back.

We stayed four nights, with two rooms for four people. The rooms were lovely, well equipped, quiet and restful. Service was friendly and attentive, and welcoming to visitors from all countries, with staff on duty all the time. It’s an ideal spot, close to a metro line and within walking distance of many major monuments. Highly recommend it.
