Getting to the nearest metro takes a bit of a walk, though it’s still an easy ride to Paris’s main sights. We had a fantastic stay in a quiet neighbourhood, with excellent, friendly staff and very good premises. The one thing to note is the air conditioning: even with the thermostat at its lowest, the room wouldn’t cool down. It wasn’t a major issue for us, and otherwise I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The courtyard side room was peaceful at all hours, and we slept really well. The room was spacious and modern, well insulated, and had a very comfortable bed. Service was friendly and very good. Reception and bar staff were always smiling and ready to answer questions. There are several bus stops a two minute walk away, metro stations about eight minutes away, and a tram too. It’s a great location, and I’ll choose this hotel again on future Paris trips. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, vous êtes vraiment magnifiques!

All the staff were kind, professional, and helpful, and the location worked perfectly for my business meetings. I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Batignolles Hotel, and they made it comfortable for me. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy too. The tram is about a six minute walk away, while the metro takes around 10-15 minutes on foot. The hotel’s location is excellent.
