The property refused a refund straight away. The room was a horrible, dark, worn-out hole, with no sunlight because scaffolding and a construction site were right outside the window. We felt scammed. It looked nothing like the pictures or the “good” reviews. Terrible.

The location was amazing, and the room was perfect. I booked the 25 square meter room with a street-facing balcony. There was a Nespresso machine too, so I could have coffee in bed in the morning. They helped make it a really amazing Paris vacation.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful with everything. We spent five days there, and I couldn’t recommend it more. There are lots of metro stations nearby, and the room was very clean, recently renovated, and modern. The kitchen was equipped, and the bed was fluffy.

Awful experience. The room was so tiny, don’t try going in with more than one person and a backpack. The windows open onto an “inner courtyard” that’s basically a pigeon nest. Cute for a moment if you’re an ornithologist, until you remember they’re basically sky rats. It’s 25 C outside at 10:30 pm, and we can’t get the aircon to work. The toilet seat slid and fell as soon as I sat on it. I left two voice messages for the staff or manager and got no response. I first tried at 18:59 and again at 22:25. Staff: 0. Room: 0. Don’t come here.
