The rooms at Hotel Seb&Co were stylish, clean, and roomy by Paris standards, and the bed was very comfortable. The location worked especially well, with Le Marais, several Metro stations, a great boulangerie, and plenty of food nearby. What let the stay down was the bathroom door. It seemed too big for its frame and wouldn't close. I told the friendly staff on day one and was told it would be checked, then followed up the next day and got the same assurance. Nobody came to look at it or fix it during my three nights. A bathroom door that works is a basic need, so the lack of follow-through after two requests was a real disappointment. I’d still recommend the hotel for its comfort and location, but maintenance requests need much better attention.

The staff were the highlight for us, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We stayed four nights at Seb & Co with breakfast included, and had a great time. Our room was comfortable and the bed was super cozy. Breakfast was consistently good, too. On the last night we managed to get wine up the wall and ceiling in a very clumsy spill, and the team handled it so calmly and kindly. That says a lot about the management. Thank you! Great people and a great location. We’ll definitely be back. Salut!

The front desk staff were all really helpful during our recent short city break. The hotel looks like it’s been refreshed lately. Rooms are small, but comfortable and about what I’d expect in a city hotel.

The room was warm and clean, and the receptionist was so kind. I really love this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Thanks so much for the New Year’s greetings, and I hope you have a very happy New Year too :)

Such a lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s in a lively, fun neighborhood, with major sights close by and the Metro easy to reach.
