The staff were the highlight for me. They were friendly, generous, and welcoming, and went out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable. They even sent a birthday cake to my room, a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. My suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, with everything conveniently nearby. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely return.

Paul and the team made our stay feel easy and special, and we’ll definitely be back. From the minute we arrived, Paul took great care to make sure things went smoothly. He helped with requests, gave thoughtful recommendations, and checked that we were comfortable. His warmth and attention to detail really stood out. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the room was comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and shower. There were three of us, and we had a spacious room with one king bed and a sofa bed. That room size was a pleasant surprise for Paris. From arrival through the end of our visit, the hotel was clean and elegant, with very friendly concierge and restaurant staff. The neighborhood is quiet but still within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysees. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

The staff were terrific, polite, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The concierge helped with suggestions and getting taxis. The room was great too, with a king-sized bed, a lovely shower, the softest and biggest towels I’ve seen, and plenty of plugs. We came for four nights and would happily have stayed longer. For tourists, it’s a great base for seeing the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and many other places. The rates are solid, and the included breakfast buffet makes the value even better. The croissants were so good I don’t think I’ll enjoy them at home the same way, and everything else on offer was incredible. Centrally located, great food, excellent staff, and a fair rate.
