My family and I were very happy with our stay. It was a great choice, with a comfortable hotel near the metro and good restaurants. From there it’s easier to reach central Paris or Disneyland Paris by metro, and the value for money is very attractive.

I stayed here during a 2024 trip to Paris because it’s near the station. For a temporary stay like mine, it was about what you’d expect from a 2-3 star budget hotel. I’d give the conditions and surroundings a 3/5, but location is the only thing I can really praise. They should put their focus on cleanliness and the nearby environment.

The price was good and the subway is nearby. I also liked the water bottle refill station. The breakfast buffet was okay, though it could use some changes. In the room there was no furniture or space for clothes. A coat rack on the wall behind the door would make good use of that space. The street beside the hotel has a lot of homeless people. It didn’t bother me, but I’m mentioning it as a fact because, for example, my parents preferred to use the other street to feel safer. Also, every time we paid for breakfast, they printed a whole page. They could send the invoice by email instead and avoid printing so much.

We didn’t get what we paid for, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here with more than two people. Everything is cramped, with no space, and the bathroom is separated. There’s no holder for the shower, so nowhere to put it down. You only get one towel per person, and when I asked for another, the service ignored me while listening to music. That isn’t professional. There wasn’t enough space for breakfast either, so you had to eat standing up or not at all.
