The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless. But at €91 for the night, there was no coffee or tea in the room, and the shower was exceptionally tiny. The hotel felt soulless, almost institutional, and like an overpriced place to get in, get out, and keep quiet. That’s the hellscape of “affordable” hotel accommodation in France, I suppose. The next night I stayed at another hotel 400 metres away for €65. It was also spotless, with a bigger room and shower and coffee and tea in the room. The only difference was no elevator. There are other options. This is my last Accor stint.

I arrived a little early but was able to check in and got a room with a view. The single room’s washroom might be small for a big guy, but it wasn’t an issue for me. Breakfast was good and all the staff I met were very kind. I was very satisfied, and couldn’t find a better deal in Paris.

The spa felt like a sanctuary, and every service was delivered with care and precision. I also enjoyed handcrafted cocktails in the chic lounge in the evenings and gourmet breakfasts overlooking the ocean each morning. My room combined comfort and style, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a marble bathroom, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Check-in was smooth, and the attentive staff anticipated my needs. From the elegant grand lobby onward, this five-star stay was unforgettable and truly redefines luxury.

The rooftop lounge was a lovely place to unwind, and the on-site dining served gourmet cuisine. My suite was immaculate, with elegant design, luxurious touches, plush bedding, and a breathtaking city view. There was a welcome gift, high-end toiletries, and a fully stocked minibar. The spa, helpful concierge, and serene atmosphere all added to the experience. From the warm smiles and personalized service when I arrived, I felt welcome straight away. Every moment felt like luxury and impeccable hospitality.
