L'Empire Paris

Breakfast was a highlight, fresh, nicely presented, and with a good range of choices. The staff were also so kind and welcoming. The lady at reception deserves a special mention: she was always joking with us and made things feel warm and relaxed. The location is great too. There were some disappointments. For €360 a night, the first room we were given in the basement didn't meet our expectations. It lacked natural light and didn't feel up to the standard we expected at that price. We raised it at reception, and the staff handled it professionally, moving us to a larger ground-floor room. That room wasn't perfect, but it was clearly better, and we appreciated them making the effort. We were charged extra for additional water and orange juice during breakfast. Since breakfast was included in the booking, we feel basic things like water and juice refills should have been covered. The extra charges felt unnecessary and didn't match the hotel's overall standard. With more consistency in room quality and breakfast inclusions, the experience could easily be outstanding. We had a good stay, though there's room to improve.

There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, plus a gaming cafe, and the Louvre is a short walk away. The beds are so comfortable. Our large upgraded room had plenty of room to stretch out, with a large king bed and two queen pull-out couches. We also had a jet tub and two showers.

Nicholas and Sergio were magnificent, along with some of the women whose names I didn't catch. I've never met a more caring staff. They're amazing, and I'll definitely stay here next time I'm back in Paris.

Julien and Sergey went above and beyond with their service, helping me arrange last minute reservations and sharing useful tips for Paris attractions. Their willingness to help and genuine kindness meant a lot to me. The room was wonderful, the location was great, and the front desk hospitality was amazing. Staying at L’Empire Hotel was the highlight of my trip to France. I'll definitely come back.
